Culinary feast in Pampanga

Jigger is spending the week in San Fernando, Pampanga in Central Luzon, Philippines for a fellowship with the Institute for Solidarity in Asia. He never thought, however, that this is going to be an exposure to the rich culinary culture of the Cabalens or the Kapampangans.

On the average, delicious Kapampangan food and delicacies are served every three hours, making him wish he could continue to savor Kapampangan food whenever he likes even when he is already back in Iloilo. He wishes there is a cookbook for recipes of food served in specialty restaurants so that he himself could prepare what he likes to eat and enjoy the food, without waiting to be seated in a restaurant serving the same. A book like this would be perfect : Click Here!
